Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Thursday held a phone conversation with Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla at the latter's request.

During the call, Rodriguez briefed Wang on the current situation in Cuba and expressed appreciation for China's support.

The two sides agreed to continue advancing the development of bilateral relations.
