HAVANA, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Fernandez said Thursday that Cuban authorities have been in contact with the U.S. side, including the U.S. State Department and the Coast Guard, who have shown willingness to cooperate in the investigation into Wednesday's speedboat intrusion.
