BEIJING, June 9 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted waters near Cuba at 1800 GMT on Monday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 22.85 degrees north latitude and 85.15 degrees west longitude.
